Return and Refund Policy

• To be eligible for a free exchange if returned within 15 days of received. 
• Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
• NO CASH REFUND except for no stock item . Refund proses will take 4-7 days.
• ALL SALES ITEM are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  
• IMPORTANT :  POSTAGE HAVE TO PAY BY CUSTOMER FOR SALES ITEM EXCHANGE  SERVICE
• Customer bear shipping fee to return the parcel to seller, from RM 6 depends on products. Order over RM 100, Free Return Fee.

To be eligible for returned along with the original receipts.

We reserve the rights for final decision.

OTHER PLANET SPORT have the rights to do any changes/updates Return Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers. Do keep track on the Return Policy page in our website.

If the goods/products have been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. OTHER PLANET SPORT will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 7 to 14 working days.

Note: Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. At OTHER PLANET SPORT, we take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.
